Children transition through various phases in their lifetime before turning into grown adults. Boys start to notice body hair growing, their voice deepening, and their sexual organ growing larger. Some children might feel frightened at first, especially girls when they start to have their first period. Guys might have trouble understanding their desire for their female classmates. Relax! Everybody goes through these changes and they’re completely normal. However, If the emotional fluctuations get too out of whack, then have a parent or legal guardian call a doctor for an examination. Doctors will assess the situation and prescribe medication or lifestyle changes to regulate mood swings. Children should continue exercising and eating a nutritious diet to keep their bodies in top notch condition during puberty.
